Why I built this program
Â
I've spent over two decades in maintaining a daily yoga practice while working as an international flight attendant logging up to 40,000 miles in a single month. Time zone changes, sleep disruption, guilt, inconsistency — I lived all of it.

I did not solve it by quitting my other life. I solved it by getting honest about what a real, meaningful practice actually looks like. I built The Embodied Practice Program because I know what it takes to stay on the mat when life is full, and I know that the right structure, the right guidance, and the right community can change everything. This is the program I wish I had.
